We recommend that customers first attempt basic troubleshooting before bringing an iPod or iPad in for service. These are known as The Five R's - Reset, Retry, Restart, Reinstall, Restore.

We do not repair broken glass on iPods or iPhones.

- iPhone is not officially launced in Pakistan but we also give all the services regarding iPhone 2G, iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S.

We provide house calls for any issues we cannot resolve in-store relating to Macs, iPads, iPhones, emails or home networks.
